  1. Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 21 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Magners GB Limited), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Internet access and email address are required.
  3. Maximum 1 x entry per person per day. Maximum 1 x prize per person.
  4. Promotion Period: 00:01 on 2nd June 2025 until 23:59 on 30th September 2025. Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  5. To enter: During the Promotion Period, scan the QR code from the promotional calls to action in participating venues or access . Complete the entry form with your name and email address, whether you are in bar or in a retailer and where you live from the drop-down menu to enter the prize draw. Location options are:
    a. England and Wales;
    b. Scotland; and
    c. Northern Ireland.
    All winners will need to provide proof of residence. By selecting country of residence, all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the relevant prize draws.
  6. Prize Draw Prizes:
    a. Main Prizes: There are 3 x Main Prizes available to be won as follows:
    i. One Main Prize to be won by residents of England and Wales.
    ii. One Main Prize to be won by residents of Scotland.
    iii. One Main Prize to be won by residents of Northern Ireland.
    b. Second Prizes: There are 20 x Second Prizes available to be won by all valid
    entrants.
  7. Main Prizes: Each Main Prize consists of a 4-night trip for 2 to New York City, USA. Winner and guest must be over 21 at time of travel. Prize includes return economy flights from winner’s choice of London airport (winner and guests must travel together), 4 nights’ accommodation in double or twin room, with breakfast included, at a hotel in New York City (minimum 4-star), with one checked bag per person. The prize also includes return private transfers in New York, 3-course dinner for 2 at a classic American diner (to a maximum of $100 per person, including charges and tips), a pair of tickets to winner’s choice of a basketball game or a Broadway show (or alternately a pair of tickets to one of the following: a guided food tour, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour, or the hop-on-hop-off bus tour) and Empire State Building 86th and 102nd Floor Skip The Line tickets experience for 2 (or alternately a pair of tickets to one of the following: the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour, or the hop-on-hop-off bus tour). All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time, and all prize elements are subject to availability. Basic travel insurance is provided but winner is advised to ensure they have insurance for any additional needs. No UK transfers are included. Prize trip must be booked and taken within 12 months of notification and may not be taken over the following dates: 21st December to 2nd January, any UK Bank holidays and Easter Sunday.   8. Second Prizes: Each Second Prize is a £250 LastMinute.com travel gift card. Must be fully redeemed within 12 months. Terms are available here.
  9. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
  10. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account in case they are a winner.

  12. Prize Draws: There will be four prize draws, as follows:
    a. Main Prize (to be won by a resident of England or Wales)
    b. Main Prize (to be won by a resident of Scotland)
    c. Main Prize (to be won by a resident of Northern Ireland)
    d. 20 x Second Prizes (to be won by all participants).
  13. Prize Draw winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the relevant prize draws. All prize draws will be conducted under the supervision of an independent body within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. There will be 2 x reserve winners selected at each Main Prize Draw. There will be 30 x reserve winners selected at the Second Prize Draw.
  14. Prize Draw Winner notification: The provisional Prize Draw winners will be notified by email to the contact details associated with the winning entry within 5 working days of the winner selection. The provisional winners must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements. If after approaching 2 x reserves, the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to select any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. The Promoter’s agent will verify the winners, and their contact details will be passed to the Promoter’s prize fulfilment agency to arrange the fulfilment of the prize. Second Prize winners will receive their prize by email within 28 days of successful winner verification.
  15. Further Main Prize details:
    a. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any
    documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their
    eligibility to claim the prize;
    b. Winner must be over the age of 21 and guest must be over 21 years of age at
    time of travel;
    c. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided;
    d. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
    e. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued;
    f. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they are in
    possession of appropriate travel insurance and any associated costs for this are
    the responsibility of the prize winner and their guests;
    g. Any ESTA requirements or other visas that are needed are the responsibility of
    the winner to arrange;
    h. All travel is subject to the travel provider’s standard terms and conditions. Once
    booked, travel tickets cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are
    possible;
    i. Prize travel tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme,
    any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special
    offer;
    j. Once travel tickets have been issued, the Promoter shall not be liable for any
    failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather
    conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity,
    hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances
    beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies;
    k. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the
    responsibility of the winner;
    l. The promoter and the prize provider are not responsible for any loss or damage
    suffered by the winner and/or their guests in relation to this promotion, the
    exercise of the prize; and
    m. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when
    checking into hotel accommodation.
  16. Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of this promotion, the auditing of the entries and the contacting of provisional winners where necessary and for no other purpose unless the Promoter has the consent of the entrant or unless the entrant has opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The Promoter may supply personal details of winners to the Promoter’s third-party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the prize.   17. Personal data will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted no more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 30 December 2025). Entrants can request access to their personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to magners@wearequantum.co.uk with “rectify or deletion of personal data” in the email header.   18. Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the winner of each Main Prize will be available by sending an email to magners@wearequantum.co.uk with “Magners Irish Cider New York Trip [name of country] On Trade Winners” in the subject header to arrive between 1st November 2025 and 28th February 2026. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any entrant and winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding the Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
  20. Entries made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Bulk entries made in any way, including using any software which allows entrants to increase that entrant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the terms and conditions of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
  21. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site. Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  22. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
  23. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  24. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, its agents, and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering or taking up the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit the Promoter’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or its fraud.
  25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  26. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  27. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
