  1. Additional terms applicable to Tier 1 prize: The luxury staycation weekend must be used by June 2023. T&Cs specific to a chosen venue may apply, these will be provided to the winner prior to the prize being awarded. Luxury staycation weekend is subject to availability and cannot be used over Christmas, New Year and other bank holidays.  Travel insurance is not included. Luxury staycation weekend available for winner and 9 guests but all guests must be over 18, proof of ID may be required. In participating in the staycation, entrants must follow any Government travel guidelines in place at the time. The winner acknowledges that they and their guests may be required to provide proof of COVID-19 status and/or proof of vaccination against COVID-19, and that they may be refused entry to the accommodation if they are unable to provide the required proof. With the exception of the dinner on the Saturday night, all other meals for the duration of the trip will need to be catered and paid for by the winner and guests themselves. You will need to purchase and bring your own food and drink for this. The winner and guests are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize.

 

  1. Additional terms applicable to Tier 2 prizes: The staycation voucher must be used by June 2023. T&Cs specific to chosen venue may apply, these will be provided to the winners by the relevant company at the time of booking.

 

  1. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable.

 

  1. The prizes cannot be combined with other discounts, cashback activities or promotions. The prizes are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and services in whole or in part. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or voucher codes.

 

  1. If any Online Instant Win prizes remain unclaimed at the end of the promotion, a wrap up draw will be held on 24/10/22 from all valid losing entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of the wrap up draw to confirm their win. Winners will have 7 working days to verify their e-mail address via a validation link within their winner notification email. No guarantee all prizes will be won in the Promotional Period. Prize Fulfilment:

 

  1. Entrants will see instantly on the website if they have won a Tier 2 or Tier 3 prize. If they have won a Tier 2 or Tier 3 prize, they will be emailed instantly via the email address provided on entry in order to arrange delivery of the prize. The winners must then verify their email address at this point via the verification link in the email within 7 working days of sending. For the prizes delivered by mail, the prizes will be delivered to winners via a reputable courier company within 28 days of winner confirmation and the completion of any verification process.
